E-Talents was a project co-funded by the Leonardo da Vinci – Transfer of Innovation Programme which aimed to improve the training offer to managers working in the tourism sector in order to promote the introduction of ICT tools in their businesses.
The activities of the project were the following:
– Development of digital learning content for e-skills
– Integration of the digital content in an e-learning platform
– Organisation of e-learning courses
– Development of the professional profile of “E-Manager in the tourism sector”
– Development of a virtual learning community for the participants in the course
The e-learning program is aimed at mainly:
– Employees and managers in SMEs in the tourism sector
– Unemployed with experience in this field
– Tourism Organizations
– Stakeholders in the tourism sector
– Education and training organizations
– Local, regional and national employment and training organizations
– Social facilities
– Public administration
The project was coordinated by Balear de Desarollo y Formacion from Spain and Action Synergy participated as partner.
