My internship experience in Action Synergy was absolutely amazing. I want to tell you more about it. These three months have been rich of pleasant surprises. When I attended my master degree in EU project management I was expecting to work soon with Erasmus+ combining my recent professional path with my great passion for education and social issues. I really didn’t expect to do it in Greece thanks to an other Erasmus+ project.

The mobility project “Universities for EU projects culture” let me overcome the geographical and professional border in the meantime, giving me the opportunity to learn not only new skills and competencies but also a new culture and a positive attitude that I have never seen before in a working place. From the very first moment, I really appreciated how they welcomed me, let me feeling a little bit less foreign. And it was easier for me to be part of this amazing staff which let me contribute to all the steps of a European funded project: looking for partners, studying network and potential new partnership, writing new proposal and rethink old ones, making researches for approved proposals, and above all waiting untiringly for the next deadline.

Now more then ever, I can carry out my personal goals, just like inside the project cycle, with perseverance and a fair share of positive energy. For this reason, I have to say a great thanks to Alexandros, Kostas, Dominikos, Natassa, George, Maria, Katerina, in a few words to the whole Action Synergy family!
