LEADEXT is an Erasmus+ project which aims to improve the cooperation between vocational education and enterprises through the formation of a professional profile within the scope of “coordination of cooperation between an educational institution and external companies, including acquisition of sponsors”.
The project is going to develop a profile of professional competence, a modular training program in relation to the ECVET requirements, a set of educational packages for trainers and trainees, an e-learning course in order to develop the skills of this profile, a test bank to diagnose the trainee’s level of competence and individualise learning process and procedures for validation and environmental certification for this qualification profile.
The main expected results of the project are the following:
- Profile of professional competence within the scope of “coordination of cooperation between an educational institution and external companies, including acquisition of sponsors”
- Modular training program within the scope of a new competence in relation to the ECVET requirements
- Set of educational packages for a trainer and a trainee within the scope of a new
- E-learning training within the scope of a new competence
- Test bank to diagnose the trainee’s level of competence and individualisation of learning process
- Procedures for validation and environmental certification of a new competence
The project is implemented between 2022 and 2024 in the framework of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships in the field of VET. The project is coordinated by the Radom Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Poland it includes the participation of WIR Development and Innovation Foundation from Poland, the Green Academy from Denmark and FEMEVAL (Employers Federation of Metalurgy in Valencia) from Spain. Action Synergy is participating in the project as a partner.
