Natassa has studied in the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki and in the University of Ioannina in the School of Literature and Philosophy. She has a degree in the Greek Literature / Faculty of Medieval and Neohellenic studies and a degree in foreign Literature and philology / Italian Faculty. She has post-graduate studies in the pedagogical department of primary education in the University of Crete and her thesis was: “The European Dimension in Higher Education”.
She has also a DEA, Diplome d`etudes approfondies: psychologie et Sciences de L’education from the University of Bordeaux II and her thesis was: “Relation Universites – Enterprises et formation en Grece”. She continues to participate and to to look for interesting non formal training experiences, innovative approaches since she believes that lifelong learning is the key to deepen your knowledge and skills and always to move forward in a qualitative way.
Natassa is the director of the Educational and European department of Action Synergy. She disposes a long experience in the management, coordination and participation of projects developed and supported by the European Commission: ERASMUS+, LLP, COMENIUS, GRUNDVIG, LEONARDO TOI, KA2 LANGUAGES, DAPHNE, KA1 ROMA, KA4 DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF RESULTS.
In the past, she leaded Action Synergy within the first European Community programme in the field of Education and Training COMETT (1987) as an approved organization to promote synergies between universities and enterprises in regional and transnational level, UETP ACTION LINK, as well as to the european programmes SAPIC, FORCE, PETRA, TEMPUS, PHARE, LEONARDO, SOCRATES, ADAPT, ARTICLE 6 covering different sectors and fields but always related to Education and Training. She has also worked as a teacher in the high school.
She creates in a selective way cooperation networks between organizations, professionals according to the thematic field and the expertise required to design and implement a transnational training programme.
She identifies the training needs and priorities in consultation with the target group in which the project is addressed and builds working teams to address the need in the most effective and innovative way combining theory and practice following the latest evolutions in the field.
