Founded in 1986, Action Synergy is a pioneering organization with decades of expertise in research, community development, and educational innovation. Through its four dynamic departments, the organization synergizes efforts in School Education & Teachers training, Vocational Education Training (VET) projects, Youth Empowerment and Podcast creations.

School Education & Teacher Training

We proudly coordinate the Acaδimia – European Teachers’ Academy for Creative & Inclusive Learning, one of only 27 European teacher academies. With over 37 years of experience, we have consistently partnered with schools and educators to enhance teaching practices and promote inclusive education.

Vocational Education & Training (VET)

We lead impactful projects across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, delivering high-quality professional training programs designed to meet diverse vocational needs and foster career development.

Youth Empowerment

By leveraging non-formal education methods, we have played a significant role in coordinating and participating in projects that empower young people worldwide, providing them with opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.

Podcast Creation

Our work in podcasting goes beyond delivering high-quality content. We harness podcasts as tools for inclusion by offering training in every stage of podcast production and providing free access to our studio, ensuring creativity and expression are accessible to all.
