Green Synergy is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project which is addressed to European SMEs, micro enterprises, family business, and potential and existing entrepreneurs. The aim is to provide high edge innovative training for their emerging business needs to be met in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The project addresses the needs of target groups by developing and deploying multilingual training on how to implement sustainable development practices for SMEs self-employed individuals and potential entrepreneurs, by a consortium of VET providers from 7 countries and it will be produced in 6 languages. Green Synergy addresses the training needs of European workers and professionals in SMEs and small businesses to enhance their employability while reigniting the sectors’ growth and competitiveness

The project is going to organise face to face and e-learning courses on the following thematics:

  1. Promoting Sustainability and Eco-Innovation – Empowering the Green Entrepreneur
  2. A modern approach to idea Development, being green, being profitable
  3. Strategic Management: Creating a vision to fight climate change
  4. How to penetrate the market. Marketing and Communication for SMEs. Use of available digital resources
  5. Entrepreneurship in ecotourism
  6. Post-pandemic business environment. Adaptation to the new era
  7. Navigating the entrepreneurship framework in Europe – Creating Synergies
  8. ICT tools for SMEs. How to use information technology and be more energy efficient

The project is managed by the Cyprus National Agency and is coordinated by the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Cyprus. Together with Action Synergy they participate in the project, Organization for Promotion of European Issues from Cyprus, Institut de Haute Formation aux politiques communautaires from Belgium, Igor Vitale International srl from Italy, Fundacja Circle from Poland, Digital Kompass from Romania and Girona Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Spain.
