On Saturday at Kallimarmaro, Connect Athens hosted an event which aimed to create the largest mosaic from recyclable materials to send a message to the world regarding the importance of climate change.
The event was a success, the mosaic set a new Guinness record (357.5 square metres from 35,000 recyclable materials), 5,000 visitors came to the event and 1,100 volunteers participated in the creation process.
Action Synergy, having participated in many environmental projects and being part of the StartUpcycling team, was a communication partner at the event.
