Understanding my Journey’s partnership met in Dublin for the second transnational meeting of the project. We were hosted by our partner from Ireland, Ballymun Job Centre. UMJ aims to develop tools to support young people and youth workers in the process of conscious and structured soft skills development.
We discussed the findings of our research report “Interpreting Soft Skills: Research to identify relevant soft skills for young people’s personal and professional development”. And then we prepared the next steps which include the development of a toolkit and an app to support young people to develop and map their soft skills.
The final day of the meeting included a successful multuplier event where UMJ was presented to stakeholders.
