FINALLY Meeting and “Broaden Horizons” International Conference

Action Synergy has participated in the meeting of the project FINALLY (Financial Literacy of Roma) and the International Conference Broaden Horizons which were organised in Dolenjske Toplice (Slovenia) in the 26th and 27th of November.

The project FINALLY has as a main aim the development of the financial management skills of the Roma communities in 6 countries (Slovenia, Greece, Serbia, Slovakia, Bulagria and Italy) through the organisation of training workshops. The project is implemented in Greece by Action Synergy in cooperation with the Municipality of Megara.

Organised in the framework of the project, the International Conference “Broaden Horizons: Networks and Experiences for Successful Roma Inclusion” has brought together practitioners from more than 10 countries which have discussed best practices for Roma inclusion in differenet fields. Action Synergy has presented its experience from the projects SEDRIN and ROMA T&T. Invited by Action Synergy, in the conference participated also the Solidarity and Sport Organisation “Irodoros” of the Municipality of Megara which has presented also the medical – social centre of the Municipality.
